Parent Consulting
While Dr. Wilgus no longer takes new adolescent patients, he remains committed to the work of improving parents’ effectiveness with their teenagers. Teenagers usually see their own therapists in conjunction with Dr. Wilgus’ work with parents. Parent sessions are in-office while video sessions may also be arranged as needed.

Virtual Therapy
Dr. Wilgus no longer sees patients in an office. Virtual sessions are offered over video link. These sessions are more convenient but can be, occasionally, a hinderance to therapeutic effectiveness. Dr. Wilgus can help determine if face-to-face therapy is best and make referrals as needed.

Marriage Therapy
Dr. Wilgus has worked with married couples for 30 years and continues in his commitment to provide useful insight and practical steps couples can take to improve their relationship. Dr. Wilgus’ marriage model is based on a Christian view and he is most effective in his work with Christian couples.
